If you’re keen to attend a 3D printing event or expo, here’s a handy list of what’s on the horizon in the near future.

January 2017

BETT education conference

BETT Show: January 25-28, London, United Kingdom.

The BETT event aims to bring people, ideas, and technologies together – enabling both educators and learners to learn about new developments and fulfill their potential. It’s the world’s biggest education event, and guess what? We’ll be there too – demonstrating how our printers work and answering your questions.

February 2017

Global Robot Expo event

Global Robot Expo: February 2-4, Madrid, Spain.

We’ll be represented by our partner Grupo Sicnova at this event, which features all the latest exciting developments in the robotics industry. Get prepared to have your mind blown – it’s the biggest robotic expo on the planet.

SOLIDWORKS World: February 5–8, Los Angeles, U.S.

This amazing event features over 200 breakout sessions, covering a whole range of fascinating technologies, such as simulation and design automation. Come along and say hello to our North American team at the booth #729, who will be happy to talk about all things 3D print-related and even do a presentation called SolidWorks Tips and Tricks for 3D Printing.

Pacific Design & Manufacturing: February 7–9, Anaheim, U.S.

You wouldn't want to miss the North America's largest annual advanced design and manufacturing event that connects over 20,000 engineers and executives, as well as hundreds of leading suppliers. Just make sure to stop by the booth #3895 to meet our sales partner Matterhackers!

3D Printing: February 15–17, Tokyo, Japan.

Want to know everything about 3D printing? This Japanese expo is the place to go. View the latest 3D printers, scanners and laser machines, and find out how they’re making a big difference in a range of industries. We’ll be represented by our partner Brule.

March 2017

Madeexpo 2017

RapidPro: March 7–9, Veldhoven, Netherlands.

RapidPro is now regarded as the most important prototyping event in the Benelux, and if you attend, you’ll see a range of technologies, including 3D printing, in action. You can also get to grips with Ultimaker’s range of 3D printers and software solutions.

MADE Expo: March 8–11, Milan, Italy.

Here, you’ll be able to find out about the latest innovations in architecture and construction, and how technology (such as 3D printing) is changing the face of these industries. Ultimaker will be presented at this event by our partner, Crea3D.

AMUG: March 19–23, Chicago, U.S.

This innovative conference is designed by users, for users. It’s a key event for all users of commercial additive manufacturing technologies, from beginners to seasoned experts. John Kawola, President of Ultimaker North America, will talk on "When Multiple $3k 3D Printers Beat One $50,000+ Machine", and you are more than welcome to meet our U.S partners in person at the booth #P13.

CeBIT: March 20–24, Hannover, Germany.

With an eye fixed firmly on the future, CeBIT showcases some of the latest digital innovations; such as drones, virtual reality, 5G and of course, 3D printing. Ultimaker 3D printers will be on display, presented by our partner, iGo3D.

MTMS Machineering: March 22–24, Brussels, Belgium.

MTMS is the ideal event to find out more about all aspects of machining; including additive manufacturing, prototyping, and machine tooling. Our partner Trideus will be showcasing Ultimaker’s 3D printers and demonstrating how they can benefit this industry.

STOM-TOOL: March 28–30, Kielce, Poland.

STOM-TOOL is an annual event, exhibiting metalworking and metal machining – with a focus on providing education about the latest developments and technologies in the industry. And of course, one of official Ultimaker resellers will be on hand to answer any questions you might have.

ABB robot at MTA exhibition

MTA 2017: April 4–7, Singapore.

MTA is one of Asia’s biggest manufacturing events. It’s designed to showcase the most exciting, innovative new solutions in the industry, and provide the opportunity for businesses to discover how these technologies could boost their productivity. Ultimaker’s partner Inted will be present to demonstrate the potential of our 3D printers.

Plastic Expo: April 12–15, Tunis, Tunisia.

Tunisia’s international show of plastics features key new products and technologies in the industry – and is a must-see event for all those working in this field. It’s also a chance to see our printers in action, via our partner 3DPrint.

Design2Part Show: April 26– 27, Philadelphia, U.S.

Want to resolve a particular manufacturing problem? Visit the Design2Part Show, and it’s likely you’ll find the solution you’re looking for! All exhibitors are there to help you improve and innovate, including Ultimaker's reseller Printed Solid and our U.S team at the booth #332.
