Recruiter Sales and Marketing

Due to the expansion of our organization, we are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team that can help us to find the best talent in the market to join the commercial art of our organization.

What will you be doing?

Our current Senior Corporate Recruiter is responsible for all the operational recruitment coordination, the recruitment strategy, and the employer branding activities. As the new Recruiter in the team, you will be working hand in hand with her in multiple assignments handling the whole recruitment life-cycle from A to Z and for different divisions in the organization and with a special focus in our commercial organization (Sales, Marketing and Business Development).

Among your responsibilities, you will be:

  • Preparing, posting and maintaining vacancies on Ultimaker’s career page, job boards, and social media
  • Screening applications and providing feedback
  • Following Direct Search techniques for talent sourcing on social media
  • Screening candidates over the phone
  • Scheduling candidates for interviews with Hiring Managers
  • Conducting interviews
  • Assisting Hiring Managers in the interview process
  • Answering candidates’ queries regarding the application process
  • Providing interview feedback
  • Acting as an advisor in the decision-making process
  • Leading the negotiation
  • Supporting the onboarding process

What will your team look like?

You will be part of the HR team, reporting to the Senior Corporate Recruiter and working closely with the rest of the HR team (Global HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Payroll Specialist, 2 HR Officers, and a Health & Safety Officer). Next to that, you will have close contact with all departments within the company.

Do you fit this profile?

  • BSc in Human Resources/Organization Psychology/Marketing & Communication or any other relevant field
  • 5 to 10 years of experience acting as a Recruitment Consultant/Corporate Recruiter, ideally, in the commercial organization of an engineering, manufacturing, or technological environment.
  • Proactive and passionate about Recruitment and HR
  • You are service-oriented and have good decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate in an international/multidisciplinary team and with people from different backgrounds
  • Judgment skills to act as a trustworthy advisor for the organization
  • You have a flexible attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
  • You are independent & solution minded
  • Good organizational skills
  • You are curious and eager to learn
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
