This error can show up during the active leveling process. It means that there is a problem with the capacitive sensor of the print head, which is used for the active leveling.
Simply power cycling the printer and re-doing the process can help resolving the issue:
- Reboot the Ultimaker 3 by using the on/off button.
- Re-do the active leveling and check if the error has disappeared. Make sure to not touch the Ultimaker 3 during the active leveling.
