We’re on the air – again: Talking Additive season two has arrived

Talking Additive, our 3D printing podcast, is back. Our second season showcases how 3D printing is beginning to play a larger role in manufacturing, thanks to seemingly permanent changes in supply chains. We’ll also be taking a deep dive into jigs and fixtures. The series is once again hosted by Matt Griffin, Ultimaker’s Director of Community. Read on for a brief description of our latest episode, as well as a recap of season one.

How can I listen to Talking Additive?

The first episode of Talking Additive’s second season now available – as well as the entirety of our first season. That’s 11 episodes in total that you can download and stream today. Additionally, Matt draws on his 30-plus years of experience in the polymer business to discuss the role of 3D printing in the future of manufacturing.

What happened in season one?

Season one of Talking Additive saw Matt Griffin speak with representatives from top-name companies from around the world, including L’Oreal, DSM, and LEHVOSS Group. The season also examined the role of 3D printing in the bot the defense and food and beverage industries, as well as went behind the scenes at Ultimaker, for an up-close look at the evolution of FFF 3D printing in manufacturing and design.
