Factor 4 permet de produire et de déployer de manière additive des pièces dont l'intégrité structurelle a été vérifiée, dans divers endroits. La faible variance, inférieure à 10%, du taux d'extrusion et des propriétés mécaniques, lot après lot, pièce après pièce, résulte d'une combinaison du portique H-bridge, du contrôle d'alimentation en boucle fermée, et des températures de la plaque de construction contrôlées de manière uniforme - avec une variation maximale de 2 °C sur les axes X et Y.

Layer resolution

A micron is the measurement used to define the thickness of a 3D printed layer. 20 micron is 0.02 mm thick. Thinner layers are used for high-detail prints, thicker layers are great for fast prototypes.
